Hey there, Im in need of help from people like yourselves . I am weak. My weight has been such a huge part of my life from the age of 5.I have always hated myself for the way I looked. I ended up with clinical deprssion a few years ago. Where I ended up taking an overdose to try and ascape the reality of everyday life. It wasnt a suiside attempt as such, I just needed a release. After a lot of hard work and fasting for 11 days I lost 19lbs and actually started to accept myself a bit more. Here is the bit where I need your help. I had a baby last christmas. As much as I love him to bits -the weight came back worse than ever. I am so ashamed!!!! I cant go to the gym and I am not working.I need to lose this weight I need to find the strenth from somewhere. I will do anything please help.....
